2018 ACT.md Release Timeline

 
For ACT.md customers and users, here is a run-down of 2018 releases in the ACT.md®  platform:
 

December
  • 12/12

    New

    (features/functionality)

    Organization Administrators can now disable accounts for organization members.

    Improvements

    Task assignment improvements including a shortcut to “Assign to me.”

November
  • 11/23

    New

    Users now have the ability to create multiple patient plans at once.

    Improvements

    We now notify you when you are added as a care contact on a patient plan. (You can always visit the Preferences page to manage your notifications).

    Updated organization information in your profile now shows in search.

    To help with coordination tracking, outreaches now require a date and time.

    You can now track if an event is an Appointment or Milestone (or leave it blank).

    We made it a little easier to find and accept plan invitations.

    The patient details page now has more information about when key demographics were added or updated, and who did it.

    Select Show as analytics on the Patient page to see a visual of filtered patient data.

    Improvements 

    We now give you the option to view archived sections in a plan.

    Sections can now be restricted after section creation.

    We have added an outreach note enhancement, allowing you to add a 'date of visit' to your outreach note.

    Plan Toolkit - we’ve moved Apply Template and Add New Section to the top of the plan page. Assistant is new, but we’re still working on giving it some work to do - stay tuned!

    Fully White Labeled Solution -  including notification and invitation emails, and the help page

    Assessments, Contacts, Coordinate and Share are now more easily accessed on mobile devices, in a  browser or on your mobile app

    Due yesterday is now an option for task filtering, follow up on yesterday’s tasks today!

    Delete messages if you created them or you are an administrator on a plan

    Some of our error pages got a little friendlier!
