Matt Goudreau, Director of Implementations

Matthew Goudreau is the Senior Director of Implementation at Activate Care, a Boston-based healthcare collaboration software. This role utilizes his skills in project management, program design and problem solving to assist his clients in constructing custom designed workflows. Matthew has a Public Health degree in Emergency Management, and has held a National Registry Paramedic certification for almost 30 years. He has decades of experience in the medical field in a variety of clinical delivery roles, including in the role of Clinical Director for multiple large organizations. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of Mobile Integrated Health/Community Paramedicine, which has afforded him the opportunity to be published multiple times and has presented internationally on the subject. For the past decade, Matthew has had a leading role in designing, implementing and operating cutting edge care delivery models that think outside the established methodology. He lives in Boston with his husband, Richard, who shares a passion for international travel and great food.
